Soule Solstice Farm is offering a Microgreen Club! Real, locally grown produce with a limited number of shares available! Delicious varietal microgreens and occasional gourmet mini greens. Two location schedules, at the Sycamore Farm or in Elmhurst - please note the difference in the scheduling and locations when signing up! These delicious microgreens are perfect for salads, soups, smoothies, garnishes and are an all around delicious, nutrient-packed super food.
Slots are limited for each pickup location - inclusion in club is confirmed upon email from farmer Jennifer. Three month minimum participation and minimum monthly payment required.
Sycamore Pickup: $40.00 per month, second and fourth weeks. Pick up at farm second Sunday from 1-3 p.m./ 9-11 a.m. Monday.
Elmhurst Pickup: $40 per month, first and third weeks. Pick up first and third Monday or Tuesday at 533 S. Division, Elmhurst (date and times for Elmhurst will be confirmed weekly by email).
