The kitchen is active much of the time. Bringing the harvest from the field to the table is the biggest reward. The natural gems we grow are so generous to us, and taste so good. We nurture them for months, from seed to fruit, so they are very loved. Appreciating them fully includes truly noticing their beauty (inside and out) and preparing them to be enjoyed.
We all have our methods and techniques - these videos will show some of mine. I have learned from many good cooks over the years and hope I can pass some useful tips along. I will also share some insights into the workings of the farm, special tools, and the Passive Solar Heat Winter Greenhouse. |
